TRAINING TIMES & LOCATION

Currently we train in the Ark Gym at Glasgow Caledonian University in Glasgow City Centre. We train every Wednesday night from 7pm to 9pm.

The easiest way to find us if your not familar with the University Campus is to head towards Buchanan Bus Station and head out the Taxi rank to the North of the Bus Station.

When you reach the top of the slip road at the taxi rank, cross over the road towards the University and head to the right of the campus. On your left hand side will be an open gateway to enter the campus, enter here and the Ark gym should be in front of you on your right.

Access to use the gym changing facilities will cost you 50p payable on entrance to the gym building.

There is plenty of parking around available around Glasgow City Centre however the cheapest is the multi story car park next to the bus station on Cowcaddens Road where parking will cost £1.50
